"TEAM ROCK " TRAINING PROGRAM KICK-OFF

SRC welcomes all runners and walkers to join "TEAM ROCK". Don't do your long training runs alone! Our Saturday morning long runs are well organized and staffed to serve as a fun way to prepare for the event. Runs are free and open to everyone.

We are once again offering the Survival Running Care-kit. For $149.99 the package includes:

• SHOES: One pair of shoes (any brand) of your choice*
• SHIRT: Nike SRC “TEAM ROCK!” technical running shirt
• SHORTS: Nike Women's Tempo track shorts or Men's 4" baggy shorts
• SOCKS: One pair of WrightSock Coolmesh Double Layer socks or Wigwam Ironman socks
• CHAFING LUBE: stick of anti-friction skin formula

New SRC Location Coming
To Tempe

We will be opening a new Scottsdale Running Company store in Tempe. Opening in October, the new store is located on the NE corner of Rural Rd. and Warner Rd. and is next door to Landis Cyclery.

SRC at Landis will host group runs three days per week with shower & changing facilities. Runs will cater to the "TEAM ROCK" training program in preparation for the PF Chang's half & full marathon.

Frank Kush 5K Run & Walk

The 15th annual “Frank Kush 5K Family & Dog Fun Run & Walk ” event, promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles and benefiting Arizona youth organizations through the Frank Kush Youth Foundation, returns to Tempe Town Lake on Saturday morning, October 14.

Open to all ages, the activities will include a 5K Run, 5K Walk, 1 mile Fun Run and Walk and Pet Walk.
